When the blind is tilted in the open position, you can see out of this sheer. It blocks some of the heat and cold from the outside and allows privacy when you look out. You can also lift the blind up and down like any blind. It actually rolls up inside a cassette headrail which looks nice and finishes out the blind.

They roll up inside a headrail and will never take more then 3 1/2" of space when rolled up. Unlike some of the name brand competition, you can actually lift the blind in a semi-opened position. This can give a cool glowing look to your area without having to have the blind pulled all the way down.
